Cancellation Policy

- Please provide at least an 12 hour notice for any cancelations or rescheduled bookings. - Please make sure you and your child/children are in a suitable environment to take part in our sessions. - Please make sure you have access to Microsoft Teams and aim to join us when the session starts. We do provide a 5 min buffer time for everyone to get ready and settled for the session.
